Swecha Mahila Sangam — Skill Development & Livelihoods delivers practical, market-relevant training that empowers women to earn, lead and sustain livelihoods. Our programs combine technical skills, soft skills, and enterprise support so women can access employment, start micro-enterprises, or upgrade existing livelihoods with confidence and dignity.

👩‍🏫 Training Methodology

Training is hands-on and competency-based: short modular courses (4–12 weeks), blended learning (in-person + digital), practice labs, internships/apprenticeships with local businesses, and regular assessments. We use participatory adult-learning methods, flexible class timings, and childcare support to improve attendance and completion.

🌍 Inclusion & Accessibility
