Swecha Mahila Sangam β Skill Development & Livelihoods delivers practical, market-relevant training that empowers women to earn, lead and sustain livelihoods. Our programs combine technical skills, soft skills, and enterprise support so women can access employment, start micro-enterprises, or upgrade existing livelihoods with confidence and dignity.

Training is hands-on and competency-based: short modular courses (4β12 weeks), blended learning (in-person + digital), practice labs, internships/apprenticeships with local businesses, and regular assessments. We use participatory adult-learning methods, flexible class timings, and childcare support to improve attendance and completion.

- π‘ Incubation support β micro-loans, group enterprise formation and SHG linkages

π Inclusion & Accessibility
We prioritise women from vulnerable households, single mothers, women living with HIV, and those with disabilities. Classes are held in community-accessible venues; transport stipends and childcare are provided where possible to reduce barriers to participation.
