π©Ί Health & Well-Being Support for Women
Welcome to Swecha Mahila Sangam β Health & Well-Being Services. Our programs focus on physical health, sexual and reproductive health, mental health, nutrition, and linkage to government health schemes.

π Approach & Principles
Our approach centers on rights-based, non-judgmental care, confidentiality, and community participation. Services are designed to be accessible β culturally sensitive, low-cost (free where possible), and integrated with local public health facilities. We emphasize prevention, early detection, and continuous care, while building capacity among peer educators and community facilitators.
π οΈ How We Deliver Services
Services are delivered through mobile health camps, clinic partnerships, and trained community health workers. We coordinate with local hospitals and government health departments for diagnostics, referrals and treatment. Peer navigators help beneficiaries complete referrals, claim entitlements, and access follow-up care.
π Outreach & Coordination
Our outreach includes targeted visits, awareness sessions, and home follow-ups. We maintain close coordination with public health systems to ensure beneficiaries receive subsidies, insurance cover (Ayushman Bharat / state schemes), and documentation support for health entitlements.
π‘ Mental Health & Psychosocial Support
Mental well-being is integral to our programs. We provide psychosocial counselling, peer support groups, trauma-informed care training for staff, and emergency crisis intervention. Referrals to specialized mental health services are arranged when required.
π Standards & Partnerships
We follow public health protocols and evidence-based guidelines. Our partnerships with local clinics, NGOs, and government departments strengthen the continuum of care and ensure access to diagnostics, medicines, and specialist referrals.
